Terms of Use

These short terms apply to your use of the Kittyfit app together with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If there is a conflict, the Standard EULA prevails.

The app

Kittyfit is provided by Ahmet Fatih Yavaşi, an independent developer in Türkiye. It helps you try clothes on with AI, find your skin undertone and choose colors, clothes and jewelry that suit you.

Guidance, not a guarantee

Undertone results, seasonal palettes, color matches, outfit scores and assistant answers are style guidance based on photos and color measurements. Lighting, camera and screen can affect them. They are not professional, medical or dermatological advice.

AI-generated content

Cloud assistant answers and virtual try-on previews are produced by AI. They may be inaccurate, and try-on previews may differ from how clothes really look and fit. Please use your own judgment.

Acceptable use

Use virtual try-on only with photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission. Do not use the app to create misleading, offensive or unlawful content, or try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload our servers. Free and Pro features have fair usage limits so the service stays available for everyone.

Kittyfit Pro subscription

Kittyfit Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or yearly. Prices, the length of any free trial and any introductory price are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase (or when a free trial ends). The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, add or remove features, or change these terms. Significant changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
